I had a lovely stay with a great view of the Downs from my room, and it was less than a 5-minute walk to the charming local restaurants which made my evenings delightful. as a solo traveler, I appreciated the cozy atmosphere that made my stay feel both homey and unique.

We stayed for our wedding night, and the room was absolutely stunning with a big bath. The staff went above and beyond, putting roses in the room for us which made it feel truly special.

It wasn't exactly cheap but definitely worth the experience.

I enjoyed my stay with a beautifully decorated room and a delightful breakfast that exceeded my expectations. the parking was a bit tricky to navigate during the busy weekend, and the shower had limited settings which might not suit everyone.

we loved our stay at number 38! check-in was seamless and friendly, and we enjoyed the free parking. the superior double room was stunning, featuring high-end materials and a well-stocked mini bar. the breakfast was top-notch with quality ingredients, and the staff really went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied.

The room was beautifully decorated, featuring a spacious bathroom with a freestanding bath and stunning views. High-quality breakfast offerings included delicious homemade muffins, adding a special touch to the morning.

number 38 clifton is super trendy and stylish! the room was spacious and bright, loved the comfy beds and amazing view over bristol. breakfast was really yummy, and i loved that we could sit in different cozy areas. the staff were all so friendly and helpful, really made me feel welcome. it was also great that i could easily park right outside the hotel for free during the weekend!

but there were some things that could be better like the toilet handle kept getting stuck and the iron leaked water, super annoying! also, there was some jam stain left on my pillow, which was gross.

Had an amazing group getaway with friends! We visited the nearby zoo and took a stroll through the stunning local parks. The room was cozy and decorated beautifully. Breakfast was top-notch! Just a heads-up, parking can be tricky, so plan ahead.

Spacious room, modern amenities, the luxury double room with a huge bathroom and gorgeous toiletries made our stay comfortable and enjoyable, while the convenient transportation options with nearby bus stops and Clifton Down station added to the experience.

Breakfast was a feast in the library with a dazzling spread—those garlic mushrooms on sourdough stole the show! Plus, the posh decor of the hotel felt equally inviting and stylish, making every corner a delight to explore.

I had a delightful one-night stay in a cozy House Room with a shower, complete with luxurious toiletries and a highly comfortable bed. The highlight was definitely breakfast, which had an impressive selection of local ingredients and delicious options. The views over the city were stunning, and the staff's attentiveness made my visit truly enjoyable. One minor improvement could be providing more cereal options alongside the cooked breakfast.
